If you are looking for perfectly posed shots, or are searching for the best price in town, we may not be the best fit for each other. And that is totally okay! There are so many photographers in Minneapolis and you deserve the one who is going to tell your story and be true to who you are. Your family and life’s milestones are so important, and you need a photographer who will meet all your expectations!
If family photography is something that is immensely important to you, know that the photos I take will be cherished for years to come. I focus on capturing the emotion of my clients in the small moments you will share during our sessions. It will bring happy tears to your eyes as you relive these moments through your lifestyle photos. I flirt with the line between business connection and genuine friendship, to ensure that your session is fun and stress free. My goal is to create an experience as well as timeless and true to color photos, make you feel uplifted and energized, and always always capture your love and your loved ones.

2024 Mini Sessions
Sessions are 20-25 minutes long for a $275 investment and include a print release and online gallery with edited photos. Mini sessions are great for a number of occasions, including an anniversary date, family session, fur baby portraits, or a gift to a friend (or mom *cough cough* Mother's Day gift). These are also great for holiday cards!
I have a few date/location options available — The first is Sunday, May 19th at Arneson Acres in Edina. The second option is Wednesday, August 28th at my 17 acre property in Loretto (prairie vibes and flower farm). The third option is Sunday, October 6th at Rice Creek Trail in Shoreview (tall pines and prairie). And the last option is at Hansen Tree Farm on Wednesday, October 23rd.

Hannah is a Minnesota family and newborn photographer focused on teasing out the emotional connection between people and creates a genuine and fun experience, not just a photo. She loves crazy laughter, awkward moments, and getting off the beaten path on adventure sessions. She’s a weirdo at heart and isn’t afraid of making a fool of herself to get a laugh from her clients. According to her husband, Peter, she is surprisingly funny and shockingly vulgar.

Hannah was absolutely meant to capture beautiful moments. Hannah was our photographer for our engagement photos (April 2019) and wedding day (November 2019). Hannah captured the most beautiful day of our lives! She worked with us ahead of time to determine what we wanted to focus on during the day so she made sure to capture our most special moments. She was extremely prompt and thoughtful in her responses to email and text. She made us feel very relaxed during our engagement session and on our wedding day. Because I don't have much experience posing, I asked Hannah to help us out. She was bubbling with ideas for us- now spin, put your arms in Titanic, look at each other this way, now twirl. I was nervous that I "wouldn't know what to do" and Hannah made me feel so relaxed and confident. Our photos were ready SO FAST and in an easy to download and share format. Every single picture is beautifully lit and captures the iconic moments (our big kiss) as well as some behind the scenes- my grandparents holding hands and an adorable baby grin- things I wouldn't have known to ask for but Hannah saw were also important. She made me feel gorgeous and I want to frame everyone of our wedding pictures!! I cannot give Hannah enough stars to do her justice! She is AMAZING!!!!
